This forum is plain and simple; if you cannot follow the instructions on this forum, you are clearly not worthy of becoming a VAC. Below are several questions - vital that they are answered in full - that show bits about you, your past and what you aim to do in the future. There is not point lying to us about these, eventually you will be found out. You will have need to have read the rule thread also located in the VAC description if you are to give accurate answers.
