The Evolution Initative, founded by former General Halorabbit and currently owned by General Bisho, is a group that was created to aid the advancement of Vaktovia's technology. It was made to allow creative Vaktovians to use their skills for the empire. Examples of the work they do are the Vaktovian Winter Games and the Vaktovian Summer Games, as well as technology for Vaktovian bases. EI holds many jobs for different people, including architects, scripters, artists, and video editers.
The current Assistant Mangers that assign projects and give tasks are:
