Overview
SWATCOLE was an officer who served in The Vaktovian Empire from early 2011 to late 2016. His roleplay name was Draco Wolfia Zastec, and his roleplay title was "The Dragon of Vaktovia". SWATCOLE was known for his personable personality and for being a humorous, laid back, and down-to-earth officer.

Teamspeak 3
SWATCOLE is primarily responsible for the early adoption and use of Teamspeak 3, an early predecessor to Discord. When an unofficial VAK TS3 server launched, he instantly saw the huge potential voice-communications could have within raids and defenses, and pushed heavily for its development and official widespread use within VAK. Being among the first and most active of its users, he helped create and influence the social culture to be more than solely a tool for communication, but also a place to create friends and establish a sense of community within VAK. SWATCOLE could often be found joking around with people on TS3, and is primarily remembered from events that took place on (or involved) the Vaktovian TS3 server.
